E-361 Three Speed Control for Spark Ignition Engines

The E-361 controllers are general purpose spark ignition engine controllers. The E-361 is available for 12 volt systems with either an 8 pin terminal strip (E-361C) or 8 position disconnect ( E-361D). The E-361 has up to 3 adjustable speed sets. The E-361 differs from other Precision Governors controllers in that application of power to the auxiliary speed request inputs cause a higher engine speed to be selected. The E-361 is therefore compatible with competitor’s obsolete controllers and can be used to replace them. The E-361C requires only different wiring of the terminals while the E-361D is plug compatible.

This controller senses the ignition signal to detect speed and controls the engine to give optimal stability. These units are fully configurable by the customer using potentiometers to adjust gain, integral and various speed settings for optimal engine response and control. This controller is conformally coated in a rugged enclosure.
